How much time do I have to retun an item?

You have 14 days to register your return — starting from the day you receive your order.
After registering, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

Please note: for international returns, delivery times may be longer. No worries — as long as you can provide proof that the return was shipped on time (e.g., tracking receipt), it will be accepted.
