My order arrived damaged – what should I do?

We carefully prepare and pack your order, but unfortunately, transport damage can never be ruled out entirely.

Always inspect your package upon delivery - even if someone else accepted it on your behalf.
If you discover damage to the box or the product, please contact our customer service within 5 days and send us the following:

  • Photos of the damaged item, including how it was packaged
  • Several photos of the shipping box, taken from different angles
  • A clear photo of the shipping label on the box
  • Photos of the internal packaging and protective materials used
  • Photo of the entire contents of the box

These images are essential to submit a valid claim to the logistic partner.

Important: Keep all original packaging until the claim is fully processed. Once approved, we’ll refund the damage within 14 days.

Claims submitted after 5 days can no longer be accepted.
