Alfredo Häberli created the Origo dishes series for the Finnish manufacturer Iittala in the year 1999. That he created a “sign of time” with it, the designer couldn’t know then. The Origo design by Alfredo Häberli has been internationally awarded several times: with the iF Design Award 2002, the Excellent Swedish Design Award 2001 and the Japan Prize Zakka of the Year 2001.
